1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup roasted red bell peppers
3 tablespoons Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 garlic clove
1/2 teaspoon cumin
Salt to taste
Water, as needed for consistency
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, roasted red bellpeppers, Arbequina Extra Virgin Olive Oil, lemon juice, garlic, and cumin.
Blend until smooth, adding water gradually to desired texture, and add salt to taste.
Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers and enjoy!
