Intro to the World of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Reserve A Tasting
You are invited to join us in the tasting experience of liquid gold. We offer a rich variety of 100% California-grown extra virgin olive oils. Learn how to properly taste olive oil, distinguish aromas and characteristics against the backdrop of our Italian mill right here in Sonoma. Taste four of our award-winning EVOOs from delicate to robust, plus we're adding in some balsamic vinegar for a crash course in mixology!
This is an olive oil-only experience, no wine or food is included.
Enjoy a 10% discount on any purchase of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Balsamic made on the day of your tasting.
$20 per person + tax - Fee will be charged 48 hrs before your reservation.
Club Members: Sign in to your account and use the email linked to your club membership to secure your complimentary tastings for you and up to three guests. If your party exceeds four guests, no worries – you can consolidate the entire group under a single reservation. Just keep in mind that charges for any extra guests will be handled during your visit.

Our large group olive oil tastings are not just tastings; they're unforgettable experiences.
Enjoy a seated tasting experience, usually held in our charming Piazza. Your group will indulge in a hosted 1-hour experience. Savor the flavors of some of our award-winning oils and try some of our balsamic vinegars.
Whether it's for corporate groups or wedding parties, our tastings create lasting memories.
Tastings are $30/Person - Booking upon request. Available for groups of 7+.
