FEATURING Limonato Olive Oil

1/3 cup Limonato Olive Oil
1 head of cauliflower
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp fresh thyme, chopped
3 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
STEP 1Cut cauliflower into bite-sized florets and place in skillet.
STEP 2Toss florets with Limonato Olive Oil.
STEP 3Cover and cook on medium heat until lightly browned stirring occasionally for about 10-15 minutes.
STEP 4Add parsley, thyme, and garlic. Cook for 5 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
STEP 5Add Parmesan cheese and stir until cheese is melted and cauliflower is coated.
STEP 6Serve warm and enjoy!
