2 Tablespoons Fig Balsamic

16 Dates

4 oz Goat Cheese

1 Lemon (for zesting)

Preparation


STEP 1
Slice dates length wise on one side to create an opening, remove the pit.

STEP 2
Using a small spoon or piping bag, stuff a small abount of goat cheese into the cavity of the date.

STEP 3
Sprinkle with lemon zest and drizzle generously with Fig Balsamic.

STEP 4
ENJOY!
