2 Tsp White Balsamic Vinegar
3 tbsp Arbequina EVOO
1 can black beans, drained
2 cloves garlic, chopped
3 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
STEP 1Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree until smooth.
STEP 2Season with salt and pepper to taste.
STEP 3Serve with chopped veggies, pita, or chips, and enjoy!
