2 tbsp Garlic Olive Oil
1 whole garlic bulb
1 tbsp minced fresh rosemary
1 round loaf of sourdough bread
1 round (8oz) Brie cheese
French Baguette
Fresh Strawberries
Fresh grapes
STEP 1Remove outer skin from garlic, cut off the top of the bulb, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with minced rosemary.
STEP 2Wrap seasoned garlic in heavy-duty foil, then bake at 425°F for 30-35 minutes or until softened.
STEP 3Cut the top fourth off round bread loaf. Carefully hollow out the loaf and place cheese round inside.
STEP 4Remove garlic from the oven and allow to cool for 10-15 minutes. Reduce oven heat to 375°F.
STEP 5Squeeze softened garlic into a bowl and mash with a fork. Spread the garlic over the cheese, then replace the bread top.
STEP 6Brush outside of loaf with remaining oil, wrap in heavy-duty foil and bake for 45-50 minutes or until cheese is melted.
STEP 7Serve warm with sliced baguette, grapes, and strawberries. Enjoy!
