1/4 cup Thyme Infused Olive Oil
1/4 cup honey
1-2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp fresh thyme or dry
salt to taste
1/4 tsp pepper
4 chicken thighs
In a small bowl whisk together oil, honey, minced garlic, and fresh chopped or dry thyme, until well combined.
Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper
Lightly grease the grill rack with oil. Place the chicken thighs on the grill, skin down, and cook over medium heat for 15-20 minutes covered.
Occasionally turn the chicken thighs and generously brush them with the marinade throughout the cooking process. Grill until fully cooked and enjoy!
