FEATURING Peach Balsamic Vinegar Blood Orange Olive Oil

2 tbsp Peach Balsamic
1/4 cup Blood Orange Olive Oil
6 eggs
1 cup of milk
1/4 cup of water
10-12 slices of bread
8oz of whipped cream cheese
5 tbsp sugar
1 peach, skinned, pitted, and chopped
STEP 1Whisk milk and eggs together.
STEP 2Mix cream cheese, 2 tbsp sugar and 2 tsp Blood Orange Olive Oil.
STEP 3On each slice of bread, spread cream cheese mixture on one side, sandwich two slices together.
STEP 4Pour Blood Orange Olive Oil into a skillet over medium heat.
STEP 5Dip the sandwiches into the egg mixture, coating each side.
STEP 6Place coated sandwich in skillet, cook and flip until both sides are golden brown.
STEP 7In a small saucepan, combine peaches, water and 3 tbsp sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
STEP 8When the peaches begin to soften and break down, add Peach Balsamic and cook for another 5-10minutes.
STEP 9Drizzle peach compote over cooked french toast.
STEP 10Serve warm and enjoy!
