FEATURING Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 head butter lettuce or romaine lettuce, chopped
1 red onion, chopped
1 cup kalamata olives, whole and halved
1 bell pepper, chopped
3 cups cherry tomatoes, whole and halved
1 large cucumber, chopped
1 cup feta cheese, cubed
6 Tbsp Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp dried oregano
1 lemon, juiced
Ground black pepper, to taste
STEP 1In a large bowl, combine the lettuce, onion, olives, bell pepper, tomatoes, cucumber and feta cheese.
STEP 2Whisk together the Koroneiki Extra Virgin Olive Oil, dried oregano, lemon juice and black pepper.
STEP 3Pour the dressing over the salad, toss and serve.
