Tasting Notes:
As part of our ROBUST Intensity olive oils, Italian Blend may be the spiciest. Four Italian olive varietals are blended to make this no-apologies, flavor-forward olive oil.  It is green, pungent, spicy and peppery - the perfect choice for lovers of a strong olive oil. 

Suggested Pairings:
Our Italian Blend will hold up to robust ingredients in the kitchen, and it will accentuate those with green flavors.  Try it as a quick marinade for grilled steak or chops, or drizzle it over a summer tomato salad.  It holds up well in grilled and roasted recipes and allows for that olivey "pop" to come through.
