Tasting Notes:
A ROBUST lively olive oil made with Tuscan olives, Lunigiana is one of our most complex and bold oils.  It is spicy, rich and tingles on the back of the throat-a sign of its potent antioxidants.

Suggested Pairings:
Because of its unique olive aroma and robust flavor profile, one of the best uses of Lunigiana is drizzling or finishing a dish.  It works wonderfully in minimally-dressed pasta dishes, accentuated by just fresh herbs and fresh cheese or dipping oils and sauces that need not be cooked at all - or finishing a grilled steak.
