Arbequina olives are prized in the Catalonia region of Spain, now widely grown in California.  Our Arbequina oil is the perfect oil to keep close at hand whenever you are in the kitchen.  Harvested Nov. 2011. Free Fatty Acid - 0.07%.  Available in two sizes: 500ml & 250ml bottles and tins.

Tasting Notes:
Delicate to Medium Intensity oil that is extremely versatile.  Fresh and fruity with a peppery kick.  The lightness of our Arbequina oil lends itself perfectly to grilling, drizzled on grilled swordfish or prawns.  Complements a shrimp salad perfectly, and is the go-to oil for sauteing.
