Sevillano is one of our most consistent award winners. The Spanish fruit is large and green on the tree and the oil it produces is known for its versatility. Harvested October 2010. Free Fatty Acid - 0.10%. Available in two sizes: 500ml & 250ml bottles and tins.
Tasting Notes:
DELICATE Intensity oil, sweet, nutty and a bit herbaceous. Our Sevillano is one of our most palate-popular olive oils. Like the Spanish fruit it comes from: green, bright and lovely.
Pairing Suggestions:
Our Sevillano is versatile in the kitchen because of its mild flavors with subtle undertones of grass, herb and very light pepper. Pair it with fresh citrus salad, herb-based sauces, and lightly cooked vegetables--or be adventurous and use it in baking recipes for light pastries like fruity cakes and muffins.
