DELICATE INTENSITY From a grove tucked in Northern California, the olives were harvested mid-December 2009. This delicious rich oil won a Gold Medal at the 2010 Yolo County Fair Competition, as well as a Best of Class and a Gold Medal at the 2009 Yolo County Fair Olive Oil Competition, a Gold at the 2009 Sonoma County Harvest Fair.  Perfect as a butter substitute - drizzle on broiled fish, vegetables, grilled meats, and garlic bread.
