This large green olive is native to Italy but thrives in California, and its soft texture of the ripe fruit is representative of the soft oil it prodcues.  A food-friendly favorite! Harvested Nov. 2010. Free Fatty Acid 0.16%.  Available in two sizes: 500ml & 250ml glass bottles and tins.

A DELICATE intensity olive oil rich in tropical notes like peach, apricot and tropical pineapple.

Pairing Suggestions:
The delicate fruitiness of our Ascolano lends itself well to pairing with spring and summer meals with fruity flavors, such as grilled fish with fruit salsa, tomato gazpacho or fresh corn and basil saute.
