Olio Diavolo Infused Oil

We infuse our extra virgin olive oil with crushed red pepper flakes, roasted California chilis, Spanish paprika and a touch of cumin. It's just what the doctor ordered for those who like their oils spicy. Not too hot, but not exactly mild, it's great with seafood, rice, eggs, roasted vegetables or drizzled on potstickers.
