Each January we crush late harvest Mission olives with Organic Meyer Lemons. The sweet, intense flavor and aroma of these prized lemons makes this oil a versatile condiment. Pair with our White Balsamic Vinegar to make citrus vinaigrette or serve as a dip for fresh steamed asparagus or grilled artichokes. Wonderful with seafood. This oil won Best of Show, Best of Class, and a Gold Medal at the 2010 Yolo County Fair Olive Oil Competition, which now sit alongside the Gold Medals from the 2008 and 2006 competitions!  A real "must" for your pantry!
