Each January we crush late harvest Mission olives with Meyer Lemons. The sweet, intense flavor and aroma of these prized lemons makes this oil a versatile condiment. Pair with our Balsamic Vinegars to make citrus vinaigrette or serve as a dip for fresh steamed asparagus or grilled artichokes. Wonderful with seafood.  A real "must" for your pantry!
