Our latest addition to our Citrus Oil collection is this scrumptious Lime Olive Oil. Made by crushing fresh limes with ripe California Mission olives, this oil is WONDERFUL drizzled over sea scallops and prawns, as a marinade for chicken, tossed with cilantro & cabbage for a tasty slaw. Our Lime oil won a Double Gold Medal at the 2010 Sonoma County Harvest Fair, as well as a Gold Medal at the 2010 Yolo County Fair, and Best of Show at the 2009 Yolo County Fair!  Available in 500ml & 250ml bottles and tins.
