The device comprises a laminated card target device which is attached to the tree branch. The surface of the device has been pre-treated with an insecticide and carries both the olive fly pheromone and ammonia food attractant lure formulations. Both male and female flies are attracted by the ammonia lure. Male flies only are attracted to the pheromone lure. Flies of both sexes land on the target device and are killed by the insecticide. Use one per tree.
