Shipping Information

All Of The Olive Press product is shipped via UPS.  We ship all over the world. 

Once an order is placed, we usually ship within 2 business days.  The Olive Press then sends email order confirmations to the "bill to" address specified on the order.  An email confirmation is sent from UPS  that specifies when the package was shipped and the corresponding tracking number.

All orders over $75 receive free shipping: store, catalog and online orders*

For shipping charges for those items under $75, you can conveniently calculate your shipping when you "view your basket" before checking out.   
*Free Shipping on orders over $75 within continental United States.  For orders outside the United States shipping fees may apply.

Return Policy

Should your order arrive damaged or defective, please call our toll-free customer service number at 800.965.4839 or 707.939.8900 X2 to make arrangements for replacement, refund, or merchandise credit.  The Olive Press guarantees products 100%.
