4 ears corn, shucked, cleaned and halved
2 tbsp unsalted butter
1/2 jalapeño, diced finely
pinch of salt
few sprigs cilantro, chopped
2 tbsp Lime Olive Oil
2 tbsp cotija cheese (optional)
