The Olive Press Mill
Located in the heart of the Sonoma Valley is our state of the art Pieralisi processing facility (directly attached to our Tasting Room). Our mill runs through harvest - October through January, making only the finest and freshest extra virgin olive oil. To tour our facility and watch first hand, as we turn olives into liquid gold, call or email us to set up an appointment. You can also watch us make olive oil through our large viewing window located inside our Tasting Room.
If you are a hobbyist or grower with a small harvest and wish to "create" estate olive oil, The Olive Press holds a Community Press Day in the month of November and December. Check out our Community Press page for more information.
