This recipe is clean, simple, and uncomplicated. It’s perfect for those regular days when you just want something straightforward yet yummy for dinner.
Tilapia is a great seafood choice as it contains heart-healthy fatty acids and is readily available both fresh and frozen. We made a classic crust with flour and our smoky, savory Olive Oil Roasted Almonds. The fish gets a slightly crunchy, wonderful crust from cooking in just minutes in a hot skillet.
Serve these family-friendly fillets with your fave side dishes—it’s very versatile. Warm rice, pasta, or a green salad would all work to make it a complete meal.
½ cup all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon fave spice mix (we used Cajun)
Sea salt and black pepper, to taste
4 (4- to 5-ounce) tilapia fillets
2 tablespoons Arbequina Olive Oil
¼ cup finely chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
1 large lemon, cut into wedges, for serving
Makes 4 servings.
