Summer Grilling Sauces and New Recipes Released
Posted by Olivia on Thu, June 09, 2011
Ready or not, summer, here we come! And we’re ready to grill all season long, so we’ve just released a new line of ready-to-use grilling sauces. They’re chock full of extra virgin olive oils, olives, vegetables, herbs, and lots of spice. And they’re the perfect companion for our wrought-iron skewers, which come in a set of four.
Our Lemon Pepper Herb with Toasted Garlic Grilling Sauce is more of an everyday sauce, or for those is love with Mediterranean flavors. The rich, creamy, yellow sauce is full of fresh lemons, buttery garlic, and a lovely kick of black pepper. It’s perfect for marinating with poultry, seafood, and tofu for an hour or so before hitting the grill, and by all means, use it to baste whatever’s atop the grill. And we like it straight out of the jar as a sauce to toss with fresh cherries, wild arugula, or shredded cabbage for a wonderful savory side dish.
Get things grilling with some of our recipes online. We’ve already done a recipe for Grilled Chipotle Shrimp Kebabs which are insanely easy to prepare, yet somehow bursting with flavor, as well as a Grilled Flatbread Pizza with Cherries and Arugula. Check out the recipes here, and pop in for more summer cooking solutions!
