Salad Dressing Competition!

It's been awhile since our last cooking competition, so we thought we'd hold another—and this time we wanted to celebrate all the delicious fresh produce that summer has to offer by making this competition a salad dressing contest!

Here's what to do:

Send us your very best olive oil-based salad dressing recipe and a photo (or a few photos). If you have a blog, post the recipe and be sure to link it to our blog. We'll post recipes as they come in. Include an introduction to the recipe explaining what type of salad to use the dressing on, why you love it, etc. The winner will receive our Simply Salad (Trattoria in a Box) gift set (a $73 value!).

The contest begins now and will go until Monday, August 2nd, and we'll announce the winner shortly thereafter, so check back on our Facebook page and Twitter frequently!
