DJ Nielsen’s Favorite Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp pomegranate molassas

  • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 1/2 tbsp dijon mustard

  • 1/2 tbsp honey

  • kosher salt and freshly-ground black pepper

  • 3 oz. Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Directions

  1. Whisk together the molasses, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and honey in a medium bowl. Slowly whisk in Extra Virgin Olive Oil until emulsified.
